Planet Ford

My experience with Planet Ford has been one of the worst customer service experiences ever!! If this was the first experience with Planet Ford, I might be a little more forgiving, but I have avoided Planet Ford from past experiences and am now sadly wishing I had found another Ford Dealership to go to, to have my warranty repairs taken care of. I have had to make the phone calls to see about what was going on with my car, no one called me to let me know what was going on or to get my approval. I was never offered a loaner car. I have been given the run around by not just the CSR person, but also their service manager! I have never been made to feel like I was welcome in their building. And God forbid you show up with a broken down car and no appointment, they look at you like you have 3 heads and are dumb for even being there. I think a piece of dirt on their shoe might be treated better then I feel I have been treated. I will not be returning to this dealership, and they don't even care!!
