Slow, second time wasn't better

After reading the reviews sent to me via email from the dealership, I thought I would place a review. I went in for my oil change, I had my son with me, I thought It wouldn't take more than an hour and all would be well. At the 2 hour mark I went and asked the service manager what the deal was, he informed me they are driving it around. 25 minutes later he pulled the car up. When I mentioned that my previous experience was poor they didn't do anything. I spent extra money for the service of a Lincoln and would not ever do that again.
