Worst customer service ever

If it were possible to give a less then one star review, I would. The Planet Ford service center is the worst service center I have ever dealt with. They had my vehicle for 3 business days (5 days total) and didn't think I cared enough to get an update on it. I had to call 4 times in one day and speak with a manager just to be told what was happening... Best part, my car was done (with what they could do anyway) and they waived a fee I had no idea I'd be charged. Hah... Thanks Planet Ford and the service center manager Cassie for nothing. Never again.
