The worst service ever

We were traveling when our truck started making a terrible noise coming from the front end. One of the employees at Planet Ford said that he would be able to get us in only to find out it couldn't happen for weeks. I just needed to know if it was safe to drive. He kept lying to me for two days hoping that I would sell or trade them my truck.
