I had my 2021 Ford Escape towed there after the check engine light came on and it wouldn’t accelerate more than 20mph. Two days later, the service department diagnosed a bad/faulty sensor and told me my car was ready for pick up. I picked up the car and within a hour of driving the car, the same issue happened again. Taking it vehicle to a different Ford dealership. All trust in their competence has been broken. I have young children and the thought of the car getting stuck in 2nd gear on Houston freeways is terrifying. Not to mention the hassle of having to get multiple rental cars because Planet Ford told me they have a month long wait time for their fleet/loaner cars.
