My car was there for 3 months, with multiple misses by the service team on the service required, leading to multiple changes in the total cost and delay with insurance. Insurance did everything within their provided timing to reply and I had to micromanage the service all the way through completion. When I called the service manager to talk about the situation and explain what was happening, he did not let me talk and said was sarcastic about my call. Again, go somewhere else for service.
