It’s the same thing over and over, I take the vehicle in, stand in line to talk to service advisor which I understand, I leave the truck to get service wait till they call me, drive back to pick up the vehicle and here’s where the problem lies. You have to wait and wait because the advisors are writing up other customers, sometimes up to 30 minutes, no they call me saying it’s ready, if that’s the case why the wait why can’t you get a individual so they let you pay and get out of there, so with that being said I would rate your service at a 1 which is being generous.
