In 2010 I did not have a good experience with Planet Ford Spring. My wife and I decided never to purchase a vehicle from Plant Ford. When I began my vehicle search I used my USAA car buying program and it sent out emails to a few local vehicle dealerships and Plant Ford Spring was one of them. Dawn E. contacted me and I explained to her my 2010 experience and she advised that it was not a bad dealership experience just a bad salesman experience. Dawn asked for one more chance to earn my business. Dawn did just that. Dawn was great and she made the buying experience an experience. I will recommend Planet Ford Spring to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. The finance manager also made the buying experience great. Not only did he give me a good deal on my extended warrant and vehicle maintenance program he beat my USAA finance rate. Again great experience and this is a prime example of giving people and second chance. Great job to the Planet Ford team.
