I purchased pre-owned Ford Bronco in May 2023 and have had several problems since then. Here’s my list! - I was charged for an Extended warranty that I didn’t approve of. It took 2 months to get my refund while being charged interest. -June- Screw from mud flap fell out. I ran over the screwdriver and messed up my tire. I had to purchase a new tire because it’s wear and tear according to the dealership. I took the tire to get fixed and was told I needed 4 new tires. I thought cars were inspected when the dealership receives it. I guess my truck was conveniently overlooked. -July 17th- my truck was giving me some issues. I dropped my truck off to the dealership on June 17th and it wasn’t ready until August 28th. -I didn’t receive a loaner vehicle until August 22nd and had to make arrangements to get to work and around town because no vehicle was available. - The title of my truck was sent to the wrong place. - I didn’t receive any notification that my car was ready. When my husband called to check on the vehicle the person on the other end was rude! When I picked it up 2 plus months later my truck was dirty. -August 30th- After having c the vehicle for less than 24hrs. I got in the car to go to work and it wouldn’t start. My husband jumped by car. We went to the auto store to check the battery. I was informed that the battery was bad and had to spend 300.00 on a new one. They knew the battery was faulty because the cover was removed when my husband jumped it. My overall, experience was horrible!! Be careful when purchasing a vehicle from there!
