Communication and information, not pressure!

My interaction with Planet Ford I-45, and especially with Randall Moore, was all positive…and that’s saying something when buying a car. He was always very helpful and responsive and kept me updated on the vehicle status. Even the Finance rep provided detailed info on extras without the sales pressure. A much more positive experience. I have purchased many Fords and will go an hour and a half to Planet vs 5 mins to my local dealer due to experience.
