Rita was our sales rep, and Chris handled the financing. We have purchased numerous vehicles from Planet Ford and this transaction was the very best to date. Rita was great from the start. We ordered our truck with her help and she was with us every step of the way. When our truck arrived, Rita had it detailed and ready for delivery. When we arrived at the dealership, we fully anticipated a long wait. Rita had made all preparations ahead of time and quickly had us sit down with Chris in finance and he was just as great to work with. Chris was very helpful with financing options and was able to provide a great interest rate on top. We were at the dealership for about and hour and a half total before we drove home in our new truck. I cannot express sufficient appreciation to both Rita and Chris for their wonderful service.
