Dealership Sales Review
From the start of my experience here it was not good. I bought a vehicle last summer sales person stated my sure you give me 5s on the survey other than that I cannot even remember their name. The vehicle had scratches on it, took it back the same day they said oh we will fix and they did with a white out pen. Took it back the "manager" said that it would cost them money to have the paint guy fix it. I am sorry are you not a for profit business; you have money and I am paying money every month. Guess what the manager never called me back after saying they would. My joy of an experience does not stop there the vehicle had to go into the repair shop for the same issue twice in 6 weeks, meaning they had the vehicle there for 13 days. I still had to make my payments and I did not get a loaner vehicle to drive so tough for those days. So now the vehicle is supposedly fix. The shuttle driver stated he called me for a ride home, which he never did and after an hour and 45 minute wait another gentlemen took me home. This dealership needs to stand behind the Ford brand and take care of its customers. I do not know if they need better training or better leadership; there is just no professionalism from them. My family has been buying Fords forever and almost all the time it is from Rendell Reed either in Humble ir Spring and now after hearing my horrible experience with this dealership no family member will buy there. Not all bad Alex in the aftermarket parts is awesome and helpful. I believe sales members should spend a shift with him and learn how to treat people. I truly believe they do not because the sale is already complete.
