zero stars 1 is a minimum. sorry it was a huge disappointment. an extra 1k I didn't expect was billed and never discussed so when I asked about it both the salesman and the finance guy were so unaware on how to have it removed. I never asked for ($799.00) windshield protection, upholstery protection, paint protection and to boot a consumer benefits package ($199.00). this money I wasn't prepared to pay and now its lost. I will never return to Planet Ford Spring again after buying 5+ cars there.
