I purchased an 2013 MKX from the dealership in Mr. Eddie had completed the Transaction and Mr. Guy. They were the greatest thing at this point. However when I brought the vehicle back due to excessive interior noise Mr. Eddie refused to do anything about it and said I should have done a better job picking out my vehicle. Mr. Guy tried to help by offering to trade the vehicle in for a $10k loss and a lesser vehicle. The Service manager had taken the vehicle for a test drive and said all MKX's were loud on the interior there was not anything that could be done. Not only does Planet Licoln obviously overprice their vehicles or they suffer severe depreciation but they refused to stand behind the quality of vehicle the sell. Not too mention there is no manager on premise however Mr. Eddie stated this was His dealership and he did not answer to no one else. Buyer beware
