Several years ago, my husband and I had a bad experience with PF and vowed never to go back. We sent our daughter car shopping and she stopped by the PF facility and found the car she wanted. My husband and I put our frown faces on, bit our tongues and went to look at the vehicle. We were amazed at the buying experience. Everybody was so helpful, courteous and organized. I AM glad that we went on a Friday verses a Saturday, I have the feeling a weekend purchase would have taken a lot longer. It took us about an hour to see the financing officer to complete our purchase, which was longer than I anticipated.
