Dealership Sales Review
At first when we had just walked up, I asked for Shawn Burns as that is the name that 93Q radio station said you should ask for when you go in. At that time, the man outside who we told Mr. Burns' name to said, "that's above my level" and got someone else to come help us as we walked in. That man, said Mr. Burns was not in and then handed me off to David Webb. At first this was a bit concerning to be "tossed" around so much and so quickly. At that time, David said, "please come to my office" and I refused indicating that my husband was already looking for the car we were interested in and that was where I wanted to go. He seemed almost reluctant to that saying "you could see it better on his screen" but then said "ok". We walked out to the lot to see the car (my husband was already in it). From that point on, things went much smoother. David helped us do the test drive and then we went inside to his office. He was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and gave us many options and all the discounts available. We decided to purchase the vehicle and David helped us and followed us through the whole process. I would like to say also, that because it was raining on and off the whole day, we thought that the dealership would be less crowded, but that was NOT the case; it was still very busy and David made sure we were not "left behind" because of the busy day. He was there leading us through all the following steps. All in all, we were pleasantly surprised and happy that, although it was a lengthy process, David was very aware of where we were in that process and helped move us along. The only down side I could see was that it took us about 4 hours to get everything done and to drive away with the car. However, I love, love, LOVE my new car and am very happy with David and the whole experience we had at Planet Ford in Spring! Kudos to you all!
