Planet Ford

I originally leased a car from this dealership a couple of years ago...that was the first disaster! They didn't even know how to do a lease, we had to tell them their numbers were wrong only to have the finance employee get down right rude and say he had to trust his computer!! That is the short version. I went back ONLY because I was turning in my lease early and purchased a car. That was over a month ago and they have still not made payment to pay off the car I turned in. It is my credit they are messing with! They seem to avoid the phone, not give a straight answer and are completely incompetent. They keep saying it is being taken care of and will call to confirm it is complete...guess what folks, we are on day 2 and they still haven't called. Furthermore, when I went to buy the car they came with a different price than what we were working for, when all of a sudden they were able to do it after saying they couldn't. The tag teaming is incredibly obvious and annoying! I will NEVER buy another car there (which we do every few years) and will encourage anybody I come across to run as fast as they can from Planet Ford! I am from Ford country and will continue to buy Ford, but not from there. Did I mention, I haven't received the phone call stating my plates are in either. The customer service they offer is ZERO! They want the survey to come back as "completely" satisfied. HA, completely unsatisfied!
