Great service, Bruce Haefner great Service Advisor

This was the service I expect from North Freeway Hyundai and Service Advisor Bruce Haefner should be complemented by both NFH and Hyundai Corporate. The switch service performed during this visit had been mentioned in my 12/05/2014 visit but no action was taken at that time. Mr. Haefner followed up completely and kept me informed of the service progress. Since my Genesis is my third Hyundai, I certainly appreciate the service I received.
