I purchased a 2007 demo Azera in which I noticed a peculiar oder but did not think twice about it but after getting it home, I realized that there were ashes in the ashtray and figured out that the "executive" that drove this car smoked in it. We tried to return the car and they basically told us that we were "stuck" with this car and they were not willing on taking it back or return my trade. I have to agree with the previous reviews regarding the General Manager, he is rude, disrespectful and the only thing he is concerned about are his numbers and not customer satisfaction.
