AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Spring
Dealership Service Review
Well it took two months to get in due to a loaner vehicle not available and had to reschedule said appointment because they scheduled me for a day they were not open. Once I arrived they were friendly and approachable. They listened to my concerns and needs. There were several recalls and many issues with the vehicle which not all were resolved. One of which is not their fault. Ram will not let them have the part. Unfortunately the recall that they did not resolve is an electrical issue that may cause a FIRE. Not okay Ram! After almost three weeks I was told the truck was finished. I had no issue with how long it took but told them I just wanted it fixed correctly. I showed up and they lost my key, the truck was not finished, there was a cigarette lighter in my console, the entire air box was unfastened with one part missing, and the interior of the truck was filthy. They were very apologetic and genuinely concerned. I left the truck there to let them remediate the situation. They were especially difficult to get on the phone with. They seem task saturated and understaffed. Upon picking up the truck for the second time it was very clean and most of the items had been addressed. The backup sensor still says there is something there when there isn’t. I was told this was normal. Agree to disagree on what the proper function of a BACKUP SENSOR. They should have replaced or repaired the issue. They were honestly very nice and attentive but difficult to communicate with. They were quick to try to address my concerns but the initial results were disappointing. Also… This is on Ram but I should not have had to pay for the alignment when it is a well know issue that there trucks pull right out of the box. Due to their upfront honesty I would definitely use them again. I was never met with friction or lies and I believe they honestly wanted to do a great job.
