Overall it was a good experience. I had an appointment, but it didn't really mean anything because the deal was done over the phone days before, and I didn't feel they were ready to finish the purchase. After I was done in finance I still waited for more than 2 hours to get my truck. I think they forgot to have the truck inspection so I understand. I would consider using them again in the future.
