Damaged my truck Dashboard!

On February 13, I drop my truck off. For when I thought was a simple power steering hose replacement after they checked it out. They informed me that they could not do the service right then that it have to be the next day. And that they could not pick me up from the Amazon that I worked at that they would bring me my vehicle on Friday the 14th. The guy dropped the my truck off and I did not notice the dashboard until at 4:45 when I got into my truck and my dashboard was shattered into six pieces. And they declined that anything happened while the truck was in their positions however it looks like someone has put their fist through my dashboard and wanted to blame me. The customer who hadn’t seen her car in two days almost how could I break my own car before I give it to them? Someone is lying and I want a replacement of a dashboard in my truck. That’s a responsible and service provider. You should do for me at least giving that one of your employees that works in your service department broke my dashboard probably hitting it in order to get the miles I understand my truck is 25 years old. You still should take care of it as though it is brand new I try to do that. I work 40 hours a week just like everyone else and I’m unable to cover the damages that your dealership put upon my car that is unfair and not a responsible place especially not being able to call me back and over a week after I’ve called sent text messages asked someone for a general manager to contact me back and Brian and Devin will not take responsibility for their actions. I also have photographs of before and after, and if I can, I will post them. You’ve caused me great distress because of this and I still have a cracked dashboard and no return phone calls from your company. I’m asking politely for you to do something responsibly to take care of the actions of one of your employees who damaged my truck while it was within the Ryan Ford service department that’s fair !
