It was time for my vehicle inspection. All my tags are due the same month. I took my car and travel trailer in. Inspections were done and they passed. Then I took my farm truck in. It failed due to windshield wipers. They laid the ticket down. I returned the next day. I replaced the wipers and it passed. They could have done a lot of things that would have been a pain, but they worked with me. They are definitely customer oriented.
