Dealership Service Review
I went in because I had purchased the preventative maintenance package and I was due for an oil change, they welcomed me in, took my keys and took my vehicle for service, once it was done they said I owe $83, I asked why if I had the package and they said it was expired. I asked then why I was not told before the service was done and they said, they didn’t noticed until was done, I know for a fact that if any repair center don’t have an authorization written or even verbal of any amount of dollars, they’re not allowed to expect payment but I went ahead and paid it, this is why the automotive industry have a bad reputation, because of companies or people like this, communication is key and they might not be interested in keeping my business but I’m not interested in doing business with them either. I will be trading in my vehicle for a completely different brand and for sure I will not be going back to freedom Chevrolet or recommend any service to anyone there. Thank you
