My service rep Jesus Gonzalez was extremely helpful. He offered to ride in the car along with me to identify the problem and hear it for himself. Once he was able to recognize the issue he worked very diligently to get things moving. With the extent of the repair and services required, Jesus was able to work with the service technician and parts department to get everything in stock and repaired in a fairly timely manner. He was always communicating with me and responding to any questions in a very timely manner. He was extremely helpful and professional.
