I had the best experience in 35yrs of car buying at AutoNation in San Antonio! Strong statement? Well, you tell me...Oscar was my sales person (very friendly and knowledgable and you gotta ask for him). I was 4 HOURS late to our appointment coming from San Marcos. He came back up on his own time and stayed with me until the end (which we'll get to in a moment). Then there's RJ - new recruit who just came over from Katy. I came in pre-approved, but he found a better rate for me and a better deal getting me some options I wanted to cover the car. And the Sales Manager John - very friendly guy who chatted it up with me and made sure my deal went thru... and remember how I said I was 4 hours late? I got there an hour before closing time and all 3 stayed with me until 11pm to get me out the door with the car I wanted! This was beyond top notch service and greatly appreciated!
