Dishonest service department

My car was serviced..oil change and tire rotation. However, I was told that I needed new tires as the tire tread measurement on all 4 tires was 6/32". The tires have another 30,000 milles left on the tires and 2/3rds of the tread is remaining. Plus I was told that I needed a new battery. I had the battery checked at two difference places and both said there was no issue with the battery. I feel like the Buick service department was being dishonest.
