My experience with my purchase of a 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4X was easy and satisfying. I am a prepared buyer and I won’t step onto a dealership lot until I’m ready to deal-that makes a huge difference and it made it easier for Janel and Greg to get down to business and be absolutely helpful and supportive. Great communication, always responsive, finding ways to add greater value to my trade-in and purchase of the new truck, all while arranging ways to have hail damage repaired before I took delivery. That in itself was well worth it. I drove off the lot happy and satisfied.
