Great team in service and sales - surprise "supplies" fee

onAlways great work by the service team. Chad is always looking to help and explain and the team is very courteous. The only sore point is on the bill where a "supplies" fee of about 5% is added to the final total. Add that to the cost of the service or disclose the amount upfront. No need for a negative surprise after a positive experience.
