Round Rock Honda

BUYER BEWARE!! I highly suggest that you avoid Round Rock Honda if you are in the market for a new or used car!! They are totally unethical and will sell you a piece of crap! We bought a used 2021 Honda Civic still under warranty (only 10,000 miles) and got 400 miles into it and the clutch blew!! Round Rock Honda says sorry clutch isn't covered under warranty because it's normal wear and tear!! It will cost $2500 to have it fixed! Inevitably we paid out of pocket over $2500 to repair the clutch. UPDATE: 4/18/2023 - Jason Jackson, the GM reached out on another review posting asking for my contact information on March 21, 2023. That information was emailed to him that same day and we are STILL waiting for him to reach out!! After fighting with Round Rock Honda back and forth, we ended up paying over $2500 out of pocket to fix the clutch. I posted my experience online and someone led me to carcomplaints.com that lists the Technical Service Bulletins issued for all cars. There was a Technical Service Bulletin issued for subpar materials used on the clutch for the 2021 Civic which has led to premature failure. After submitting a complaint to corporate and calling Round Rock Honda with the TSB number, they finally agreed to refund us the full amount we paid for the repair of the clutch. This should never have gotten this far. Round Rock Honda failed to check the TSB's. Round Rock Honda provided terrible customer service. Now, we are STILL waiting for the spare key that was promised when we purchased the car. On top of that, the temporary license plate has expired and Round Rock Honda can't supply us with another temporary license plate nor can they tell us when the permanent license plate will be here. I can't stress enough how unprofessional and unethical Round Rock Honda is. BEWARE!!!!
