Gillman Honda of Fort Bend

I found Gillman Fort Bend through an internet reference and requested a price on a Pilot. Bill Cockerell responded promptly and gave me a great price. The particular combination of interior and exterior color and features that we wanted are fairly uncommon (apparently) but Bill didn't try to switch us to something else, he began searching for what we wanted. It took several days to find and transfer, but he found exactly what we wanted and we couldn't be happier. Bill is a great guy, friendly and courteous, and he gave me daily updates on where we were in our car search. It's a little bit of a drive from Houston, but the dealership is clean and uncluttered, the people are as polite and friendly as you might hope for in a smaller town, and the drive is pleasant in a new Honda. The vehicle was ready to be delivered when it was promised and Bill made the transaction very comfortable. Talking to Bill is like talking to a neighbor (that you like). I hope that the service department is as good when I have the oil changed, etc. Even though I'll drive by one or two other Honda dealerships to get there, I hope to have my service done by Gillman Fort Bend and hope to buy there from Bill again.
