Was given bad information on covered rental, was left without a vehicle for 16 days. Was told no rentals would be available for date needed. Contacted the rental company and was told there were plenty rentals available for all rates. Had to confront charges for item covered by extended warranty. Asked if a Military discount could be given, was told if so it’s already figured in.
