Fox performance shocks failed on 2021 Gladiator 21000 miles. Dealership told me it was a loose axle 1st time there. 2nd time they agreed with me it was the shocks. They did not want cover rental for duration had to get customer care involved was charged twice from the rental company when should not have been. Took months to get that resolved never refunded me for the interest incurred. And after over 6 months in a rental they put some basic mopar shocks on the jeep. Not to mention at least 3 dents in Gladiator while it sat on their lot found them after washing the Gladiator and getting 6 months of dirt and tree sap off of it.
