I had an appointment for my 15,000 mile oil change and tire rotation. I was running about 10 minutes late due to traffic. I was very appreciative that I was still worked into the schedule. My car was not ready until 10 minutes before 7 PM. That seems like a long time for this type of service. However, I was very pleased to find out the reason it took so long was all the mechanics were needed for another car that was having a big problem. That made me realize if I ever had a big problem they would all be working on my car too. As an extra surprise, when my car was brought back to me it had been washed and vacuumed. Overall I would say I had a very good experience.
