Russell in service again went 100 extra miles to help me get my beautiful Fusion back home to me. He has always been a consumant professional and I'm always treated like 11st class customer. Also Mr Richard Dunkerson has provided me with compasion and has always seen to it that my needs were met and has always exceeded my expectations when it comes to customer service after the sale which is non existent every where else in the industry.
