North Central Ford

Our sales person did a fantastic job getting us the car for the price we could afford. Overall, the experience was great. There is only one item that we were somewhat disappointed about. While the car was being serviced, not all wheel covers were securely fastened. At some point in route back home, one fell off without our knowledge. We reported the concern to Ford and instead of at least offering to provide a discount to replace it, we were told the replacement was our full responsibility. Had the service dept secured all 4 wheel covers correctly, we would have given a 5 STAR rating.
