I took my ford explorer to the dealership for service on a warning light and the guys took care of me with a shuttle service to the office in the morning. Once they were able to identify the problem, the explorer needed to be kept over night so the service department hooked me up with a rental for the night. The vehicle was ready for pick up the next day, making me a very satisfied customer.
