I had scheduled a transmission recall on my 2017 f-250 on the 13th and it was supposed to be done that evening. I didn't get it until late the next day. But the advisor let me know they were over booked due to a local ford dealer shut down over the weekend and caused there work load to double. I was taken care of and was satisfied. The only issue I had was it would have been more convenient if they would have rescheduled so I would not have to wait longer.
