I was VERY well taken care of! My new Escape had a glove compartment door that was warped... The guys got us scheduled for a day/time to bring it in and assured us that it was covered and would not cost a thing... we dropped it off, ran around for the day, got a call to come pick up at our convenience.... Done and Done! They even washed the car for us! Super great experience!!
