North Central Ford

I purchased a vehicle from North Central Ford and have experienced ongoing issues since the day of the sale. Despite being told the vehicle was in good condition, it immediately presented multiple mechanical and functional problems. While it was brought in for inspection, many of these issues remain unresolved. To make matters worse, Sale consultant Mohamad Mahmoud reassured me that my sunroof cover will be taken care of after point of sale and Sales Director Billy Plasket and General Manager Brian Weiss have outright refused to offer any further resolution. Rather than working toward a fair and reasonable outcome, they’ve chosen to dismiss my concerns entirely. The lack of transparency during the sales and financing process only added to the frustration. This experience has been deeply disappointing, and I feel misled both before and after the sale. Based on how this situation has been handled, I cannot in good conscience recommend North Central Ford.
