I bought my mitsubishi from Don Herring in Plano almost three years ago and only take my car to their service department. In the last two and half years, they have been great with giving me what the cost of service will be and if it changes they give me a phone call to let me know the price has changed. I love that they have always been able to get my car done with in the time frame they give me, they don't try to upsell me on services that are not needed and that they constantly communicate with me, while my car is in the shop.
