I always choose the earliest service appts & you would think that you might get the cranky treatment but, I always leave with a smile after every visit from Don Herring Mitsubishi Plano. The staff is cool & friendly.I never wait too long & I always get a break down of what service I got & the next things to get done. Much Appreciated! -Liliana Britton
