Don Herring Plano

I was fleeing my local high-pressure Mitsubishi dealership when I found the Don Herring Mitsubishi website and printed off a coupon for a Spring Maintenance Package. They did a brake check, an oil change, tire rotation, and fluid top-off/check and it was about $80. I used to get this kind of service deal with my last car (a Chrysler Sebring) and I enjoyed taking advantage of their seasonal promotions. When I pulled up to the service bay, I had the service experience that I expected and appreciate: I told the service writer what I wanted done and that's all there was to it. There were no high-pressure tactics. Since it was a Saturday morning, the department was busy and I did have to wait about an hour or so, but they had a roomy waiting area and I took along a book. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised with the experience and felt it was well worth the additional drive time. I wish I had bought my Mitsubishi from this dealership.
