My son took his 2009 LANCER to Don Herring Mitsubishi Plano for servicing on several occasions. Not one time did he had any complains. The service provider called me with detailed explanation of what the issue was and how they are going to fix it. They advised that the service was covered under the guarantee and recommended a specific time to drop off and pick up my vehicle. I would definitely say it is service with a smile.
