The service department at Lithia Toyota of Odessa is wonderful. I've always been treated with tremendous respect and enjoy the excellent customer service which I receive from Oscar. He is the go-to person I turn to when I need my vehicle serviced. Oscar and his team bend over backwards to satisfy customers. Oscar's presence is so full of positive energy that it makes any waiting time pleasant.
