Dealership Service Review
They finished my vehicle late in the day. As it was going to be a long time in the shop, my service manager Oscar let me use his personal vehicle to get back to work. When I picked up my vehicle just before closing time, I paid and headed home and noticed a flapping noise when I got up above 50 mph. I stopped and checked to see if I was dragging something and found that there was at least one bolt missing from the protective plastic barrier between the front drivers side tire and the engine compartment. I called Oscar, but only got a message. It was just about 6:00 pm and the service department closed at 6:00. But I headed back to the dealership and found Oscar on the phone with another client still. After the call I explained what I found and there were still a few mechanics around who were able to find where I was missing 4 bolts. He found bolts and replaced them. Problem solved. I appreciate that they were able to help me out even after service department hours. Admittedly, I was lucky to be able to get back before they were all gone. Plus, those bolts should have been replaced in the first place, but I give them credit for making things good.
