I have used Dow Autoplex to service my vehicles for nearly ten years and couldn't be more satisfied. I have also purchased two cars there, but my experiences with the service department have been the absolute best. Through the years I have had many auto repairs performed at Dow on various vehicles. Nearly every time the quote for the repair has been higher than the actual repair, which is much better than the alternative. They have always been honest with me. In my experience it is rare to find an auto repair business that doesn't try to take advantage of women. In April of this year I purchased a 2009 Chevy HHR at this dealership which was "slightly" used (11,200 miles). The remaining GM "bumper-to-bumper" warranty still applied - up to 36,000 miles. In September during hard rains the front passenger-side floorboard became soaked with water. When I took it in to the service department, I learned the windshield wasn't sealed properly, and that it was not a GM factory windshield so the GM warranty would not cover having the winshield removed and re-sealed. Roger in the service department was able to get this taken care of for me at no charge, since I was unaware at the time of purchase that the windshield had been replaced. I highly recommend the service department at Dow Autoplex. They will always treat you right....
