Pat Lobb's Toyota of McKinney

My son bought a used car from the dealership back in March 2022. We read their used car warranty page from their website which states: "Buy Your Next Used Car with Confidence at Pat Lobb's Toyota of McKinney" and felt confident with the purchase made. 2 weeks into driving the car, we had to limp the car into a Ford dealership nearby. Major engine work was required in order to get the car back on the road. Took about 2 months to get the car back. We tried to work with Pat Lobb dealership but got the run-around immediately. Their sales guy is ok, was responding to my requests but no longer responds. We visited their dealership and their response was "We may be able to give you $2K". The repair work totaled more than double this amount. Numerous attempts to get anything out of this dealership has failed. Again, their sales person was the only one responding, nobody else did. So their "Buy Your Next Used Car with Confidence at Pat Lobb's Toyota of McKinney" is a joke statement. We have ZERO confidence in this dealership. Beware and purchase at your own peril if you do decide to buy from them. We are really disappointed in them. They simply do not care
