Pat Lobb's Toyota of McKinney

I agreed with the previous reviewer. The sales staff is just going through the motions...using the old book of tricks and tactics. Internet sales guy berated me because my credit is Tier II and not Tier I. Spent several hours at the dealership to test drive a truck. They ended-up giving me keys and left me to go find it. When I finally did, it was out of gas....SAD! It is a shame to spend all that money building a nice sized, enviornmentally friendly "green" facility...without being enviornmentally friendly to the element that matters most...PEOPLE! From what I observed, they are more focused on being honored for being "green" than for being a respected, successful dealership and service to the community.
