Pat Lobb's Toyota of McKinney
Dealership Sales Review
The dealership was new. The inventory was adequate. The salesman seemed disingenuous and unprofessional. The salesman asked us why we wanted to test drive a new vehicle if we had been previously looking at a used vehicle, did we have budgetary constraints? The salesman kept suggesting we trade-in our car even though we said there was no trade-in. Their best deal was $479 off of the sticker, with no explanation and said "No" to including anything else. The salesman wanted to know what payment we would like before we had ever agreed to a price, or agreed to buy the car. They were $350 higher on the extended warranty for less time and miles than their competition. The buying process was slow and confusing. The salesman left us in his cubicle to visit with other customers at least twice. It took two trips, 5-6 hours to test drive and deal with two different salesmen who claimed to be sharing us before we walked out on the car we really wanted to buy. We bought the same car down the road for a better price and a much more enjoyable and friendly sales experience.
